Sorry about this. Issue the command
sudo perl -pi -e 's|/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.6/lib/python2.6\:/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.5/lib/python2.5\:||g' /Library/Coot/bin/coot and that will fix it. I'll make a new one.
