Dear all, I have a problem . i crystallized same protein in two different pH and when viewing the results a important beta hairpin seems extended in PyMOL . (image link below). https://picasaweb.google.com/anu4884/August222011?authuser=0&feat=directlink But analysis of hairpin in promotif shows that they are similar with same H-bonds. What can be the reason for such ambiguity?
