Dear All,

I am collecting one data set (resolution around 2.4) for a protein SG P21.
After collecting few frames (42 frames) the completeness is showing 49%, R
merge 11%, mosaicity is 1.08, intensity 9.7. but the chi square value is
showing very high, around 3.061. I tried changing error scale factor value
like- 1.8, 1.9, 2.0 and 2.1 (scalepack script file), then rescaled but the chi
square value is changing only around 2.93 to 3.06. can anybody suggest me what
kind of changes I can do to get the chi square value around 1.0 or what will be
the effect if I continue with the same chi square value. Does anybody
experienced this situation?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Dipankar Manna
