Hi I am refining my 2 angstrom strucutre using phenix windows based software. After many refinements my clashscore is not at all reducing and showing a value of 12. Can anybody suggest how to reduce the clashscore. Is there any technique to do it. Or i have to deal with each individual clashes mentioned in the list manually ?
