Hello, how did you produce the PDB file used for submission? I would think that all the common refinement programs do it in a way accepted by the PDB.
Did you refine anisotropically? In this case there are no TLS records, but the reply from the annotator tells you that there are very few justifications to refine a structure at 3.3A resolution anisotropically.
