Hi Vipin, I'm not sure what software you are running or your refinement strategy. However, in some refinement software (phenix.refine), if you run TLS refinement and you don't specify the TLS groups, the entire structure is considered one TLS group which is not helpful. This may be why the annotators could not find the TLS groups.
Also, If at any point you refined using TLS groups or anisotropically, you will have ANISOU records in your PDB.
