Sorry for the off topic post, but I have a relevant question that someone may be able to help me with.
I am looking to conduct a PDB search to see how many proteins contain the simple 1 Fe 4 Cys so called rubredoxin like site. Is there a tool that is able to do this that would be based more on structure instead of sequence? Thank you in advance for any and all of your replies! Regards, Ryan Gumpper?
