Hi Everyone,
I'm getting the following error when exiting coot on ccp4i2:
Error Report for Job 43: Manual model building - COOT
-ERROR- Ccoot_rebuild:202
Error in wrapper coot_rebuild 0.0:: Failed in processOutputFiles
Data harvesting failed
-ERROR- Ccoot_rebuild:45 Error in wrapper coot_rebuild 0.0:: Error in
processing output files
I saved the model before I exited.
I'm also getting a similar error for Refmac:
Error Report for Job 42: Refinement - REFMAC5
-ERROR- None:201 Error in wrapper refmac 0.0::
Refmac returned with non zero status
Exit code: 1
Is this a problem with CCP4i2?
