Dear AllWe would like to analyze a protein molecule, which has two chains. Both
the chains are structurally identical and have high sequence similarity. But
both the chains have tendency to form different binding pockets with different
ligands. In PDB, the chain A has five structures crystallized with different
ligands, and chain B crystallized with seventy (70) unique ligand molecules. In
total we have 75 structures, and the protein secondary structure is highly
similar. In this case, is there any software or online server which will helps
us to analyse the protein-ligand interactions all together and map the
interactions to sequence? We would appreciate your time and kind suggestions
