We may be called the Protein Data Bank in Europe (pdbe.org), but many PDB entries also contain RNA, and we've just made finding them a lot easier.
We've worked together with our colleagues at Rfam (http://rfam.xfam.org/) to add their mappings of RNA molecules present in the PDB to our search system and entry pages.
