Dear all,
our cold cabinet FPLC is rotting away due to the high humidity in our lab. Anybody having a room temperature setup, where only the buffers, column(s) and fractions are being cooled? If so, by which means (cooling spiral, water pump, peltier element?). Thank you for your suggestions! Michael
