Hi,

a cheap solution would be to put buffers, fraction collector, and the column (if not too big)
inside a cold cabinet, next to the FPLC.
you probably need to use longer pipes but it works

Best regards,

GIA

Dear all,

our cold cabinet FPLC is rotting away due to the high humidity in our lab. Anybody having a room temperature setup, where only the buffers, column(s) and fractions are being cooled? If so, by which means (cooling spiral, water pump, peltier element?). Thank you for your suggestions! Michael
