For this appliation (arrays), we use an old program called VisualGrid that is no longer available and run it an isolated XP VM via virtual box (in linux).

Does anyone use either ImageJ with the array plugin or the Spotfinder and can assure me that these options are still being developed or maybe knows for sure they are dead and not worth investing any more time? Or, even better, could point me to a program that runs on a Mac and is suitable for array analysis (it does not actually have to be free as long as it works for users who do not write code). I do have a GAL file for the images.
