The red trapezoids represent cis peptides that are in front of a residue that is not a proline. They are
quite rare (but less so in carbohydrate binding proteins (why should that be? is that what you have?)).
Calculate -> Scripting -> Python
set_draw_cis_peptide_markups(0)
