Hello everyone, The active form of my protein is when it binds to the membrane. As such I need,liposomes to study its kinetics and further while doing Inhibitor screening . For screening, I would need few 100 ml of liposomes or maybe even a litre.
Is there a way to produce liposomes in bulk? Has someone tried it before and could suggest from their own experience. I refer to the part of forming a nice monolayer, dried under nitrogen or argon stream. The liposomes that I am using are expensive.So want to get some input from the community.
