Hi Ursula, Hopefully the suggestion below is a permanent fix. I came across the same (or maybe similar problem) you’re having, but only when I tried to open pymol session files. I found that with the new update, if I just opened the pymol program, the font was fine and I could work and save a session without any problem. However when I tried to open a pymol session file directly, by double clicking on the file, the GUI font was incredibly small. As an intermediate fix, I found that opening the pymol program, and then opening the pymol session file through the “file; open” tabs, gave the correct font size.
