Dear all, we have been experiencing severe issues with OneDep on the PDBe server(s) for about four weeks now (starting 11 Jan). Specifically, deposition sessions are randomly interrupted by "internal server errors".
The PDB is certainly aware of the problem, but it is unclear when the server will be back to stable operation (and why it is taking so long to fix things). Does anyone have reliable (first-hand) information? Could PDB staff maybe comment on this? I was thinking about "simply" using the US sever as a workaround -- but this would require indicating a matching location for generation of the deposition ID (even if I'm actually located in Europe).
