Dear Oliver, Thank you for your message and apologies for the issues you have been encountering. As you mention, we are aware of issues with the deposition server at PDBe. Unfortunately, the solution is not clear-cut as the issues are sporadic and are affected by multiple different processes and infrastructure.
We are working hard with the EBI Systems team to try and resolve the issues and once again offer our apologies for the inconvenience. We will be contacting you off-line to see if we can address the immediate issue.
