Dear CCP4 developers and users,
I am trying to run CCP4 sc but encountered an error:
>>>>>> CCP4 library signal ccp4_general:Cannot open environ.def (Error)
raised in ccp4fyp <<<<<<
sc: Cannot open environ.def
sc: Cannot open environ.def
Here is my command:
sc xyzin test.pdb <<eof
> MOLecule 1
> CHAIN A and B
> MOLecule 2
> CHAIN R
> eof
I am using a Mac (macOS Monterey version 12.5) and CCP4Interface 8.0.004.
Can anyone please help? Many thanks in advance!
