Dear Gerard, You state in the PAIREF discussion that:
“…cut-off threshold for the local average of I/sig(I) in STARANISO, whose default value is currently 1.2 but can be reset by the user through the Web server's GUI.” Can this value be changed when running Autoproc/Staraniso from the command line, and if so what is the syntax for doing so? * We have >1000 datasets where the output from Staraniso gives ~0.4-0.6A of higher res data with 10-40% spherical completeness * Outer shell I/sigI values are >1.4 and outer shell CC ½ values are > 60% suggesting there may be significant room for relaxing the level of data culled by Staraniso processing * The datasets are for PANDDA analysis and there are probably a lot of very weak hits that are not detectable by PIPEDREAM but the PANDDA maps are too messy to effectively build. * Hence we would like to try lowering the threshold for Staraniso output so we have noisier but more complete data with less fill-in from Fcalc and assess whether this improves the buildability of the PANDDA event maps. Thanks, take care, Charlie. ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the CCP4BB list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/WA-JISC.exe?SUBED1=CCP4BB&A=1 This message was issued to members of www.jiscmail.ac.uk/CCP4BB, a mailing list hosted by www.jiscmail.ac.uk, terms & conditions are available at https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/policyandsecurity/
