Hi Everyone,

Recently, I updated my system to macOS Tahoe version 26. Coot was running
fine, and for the past 2-3 days, when I try to open it from Phoenix or with
Xquartz terminal, I get the following message -

INFO:: Reading coordinate file: /opt/coot/share/coot/standard-residues.pdb
 PDB file /opt/coot/share/coot/standard-residues.pdb has been read.
Spacegroup: P 1
The program 'coot-bin' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)'.
  (Details: serial 316 error_code 2 request_code 129 minor_code 2)
  (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
   that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
   To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
   option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
   backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
bash-3.2$

Tried installing new versions of CCP4 (CCP4- version 9) package and also
updated XQuartz to the latest version.
IF anyone else faced similar issues, please let me know how to fix this.

Regards,
Reshma.
