Dear all, does anyone know if SAUC is being maintained. I can see the code is
on github but I can't find the old server. It is or was intended for searching
for similar unit cells in the PDB and COD which I know you can do via the RCSB
website but it did lots of clever transformations. It was good for identifying
crystallisation contaminants.

Actually, I can find a working copy here but its probably just on a random
person's VPS somewhere: blondie.arcib.org:8083/~yaya/sauc/sauc-1.2.1.html

Anyway it works!

Best wishes, Jon Cooper. [email protected]
