Dear all,

I was wondering whether there is a 2D topology drawing software available,
similar to pro-origami. Keyword is “automated”.
I like the idea of having a diagram that indicates the secondary structure
features, and names consistently loops and helices but I would like not to
do that manually (is this called lazy or smart? - up for debate).

I’ve tried to convert Pro-Origami from Alex Stivala’s GitHub repository to
run with MacOS using chatGPT and it worked to some extent but to have it
working it properly it needs to use DSSP and/or HSSP that need to be
integrated or called by the code but I’m way out of my depth here, so I
gave up.

Is there anyone who would like to have a look at it and make it available
to the community? I was even thinking to ask if it would be possible to
integrate it into CCP4i2, as a replacement for TOPDRAW in the old CCP4i.

Unexpected like the Spanish Inquisition,
