I'm not entirely sure who made them, but it might have been Robinson Nugent (since devoured by 3M). It doesn't appear that anyone makes them any more. The last I saw any was in Anchor Electronics in Santa Clara CA about 20 years ago. Sullins does still make male card-edge connectors, but not in an IDC form for crimping onto ribbon cable.
