[cctalk] Looking to ID a UNIVAC(?) 2x18 pin backplane Controller

Any ideas?  Is this a late UNIVAC 1000 or early 9000 controller?  OR could
this be from a totally different manufacturer (Burroughs?)  This controller
would fit into a2x18-pin backplane.   I don't think it's IBM.
