I tried to find it within documentation and online, but I could not ID this
card.   So given the 1971 date codes that would make this a late 1000
series controller like an 1108.  They might have still been producing
9000's in 1971.  That's why I am not sure, but I guess the 9000 had more of
an IBM type bus.
