FYI I have a small number of DataMan S4 programmers for possible re-homing.

Can be supplied with new NiCad packs and own modification of replacing internal coin cell battery.

(Coin cell battery is soldered to the PCB and goes permanently flat in a couple of days with no NiCad pack fitted... Found this out the hard way!)

Jon,

The Hitachi part has a 21V programming voltage. I don't know if the T48
can go that high? I will have to check.

Thank you for your time. If you want to send me the part numbers, I
will figure out what will work the best for me.

Thank you,

            Mike

Does anyone have any HN482764G or other 250nS or faster 2764 EPROMs they can let go of inexpensively?

I could use 4 or 5. I will generate the shipping label from here so you don't have to worry about the shipping costs.

I have 6 AM2764 devices. I have 5 that are AM2764ADC with the notation for 12.5V PGM.

Looking these up, it seems that they are 250 ns Tacc. I also have an AM2764DC, not sure what the difference is. I also have a bunch of Intel, Fujitsu and TI 2764's, I can get you the exact part #'s if you want to try looking them up.
