I have 5 each AM2764ADC, and one AM2764DC.  (I'm guessing that the A version has a lower programming voltage as marked on the device (12.5V).

I do have lots of Intel 2764's also (D2764A) Some have  PGM at 12.5V on the label.

I have a whole drawer of various 2764's, you can have all you want for free, just cover the shipping.

OK, the Intel D2764A is good for 250 ns, the 2764A-2 is 200 ns and the 2764A-1 is 180 ns.  (I don't have any of these last part #'s.)
