Preparation of responses to RFIs/ RFPs and initiate SLA's for product / service delivery. Account mapping and strategy development. Create collaterals, case studies, whitepapers etc. Work with management team on refining strategies and identifying new segments in line with the business plan. Support strategic initiatives to penetrate new market segments, geographies. Identify, co-ordinate and manage participation in different relevant events. Co-ordination with Delivery, Technical, Finance, Legal teams to finalize estimates, costing and agreements. Participate in meetings/ conference calls with clients. Brand Building - effectively manage internal and external communication MIS on sales pipeline.
