CDE installs its own imake and xmkmf, but the configuration files are
missing.
Specifically, /usr/dt/lib/X11/config does not exist but xmkmf attemts
to use it.
If CDE imake is installed, it should be usable; I think it could be
useful for building Motif- or CDE-based software.
AFAICT, installing $TOPDIR/config/cf should be most of what's needed...

Also, would there be any objections to replacing the current CDE imake.c
with X.org's imake.c?  As far as I can tell, there are no special
features preventing this.
