I think I was debugging this problem with John on IRC and after some debugging we found out that ttsession probably runs fine (it is listed in "rpcinfo -p" and the TCP port is reachable, so no rpcbind problems), but something is strange with a DISPLAY variable or something so that dtsession is unable to contact the X server, or something like that. There was some entry in $HOME/.dt logs about wrong DISPLAY, wasn't it?
