I've reverted the commit that enables TIRPC for all linuxen. Testing
under 64b systems showed quite a few problems due to incompatibilities
between the system (libc) rpc implementation and the tirpc
implementation -- mainly unsigned long vs. u_int32 issues within
various important structs that are passed around.
We need to use the TIRPC includes/libs and nothing else -- this will take
some work and testing. So, I'll save that for after the release
scheduled for thursday to avoid mayhem.
