I've pushed a couple of commits related to the use of XmPrint*
functionality in CDE.
Motif does not include support for XmPrint by default these days, and
therefore CDE building fails on systems that use a modern motif.
These patches only include XmPrint functionality if PRINTING_SUPPORTED
is defined by Motif's headers. If the symbol isn't there, this
functionality is disabled in CDE.
I'm not really surprised Motif decided to dump it. Printing would
never work anyway unless you had setup an Xprint server.
This should also allow the BSD's to not require building motif from
source to enable this functionality in order to build CDE.
