I just loaded up a raspbian lite image and loaded a barebones CDE build
and I definitely got that error, and am pretty sure it was one of the
two that was the issue.
Definitely make sure rpcbind is running, ttsession exists, etc.
But, as of current master (8c1ad2d), you should not have to add your
hostname to /etc/hosts anymore. If you find that you do, I'd love to
hear about it...
