I guess it just isn't built by default? I know we install aliases since the originals aren't available... But, say I use both C and ja locales on the same machine; will / can CDE use a (different) appropriate font for each, or do I need to change it manually..? I see there are localized aliases in /etc/dt/config/xfonts, but the wiki (https://sourceforge.net/p/cdesktopenv/wiki/ImprovingFonts/) says I should edit /etc/X11/fonts/misc/xfonts-base.alias... why? And what about a remote X environment, where /etc/dt/config/xfonts might not be available? Does xfs cover this? I know this is somewhat broad and scattered, but any information you could provide as a starting would be helpful. -mrt ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ cdesktopenv-devel mailing list cdesktopenv-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/cdesktopenv-devel
