Fool! Mwuahahahaha!

...

Oh, did there need to be a point to that? =)

- For the build pages, I provided BOTH the git clone method, and the
"Hit the big green button" methods for obtaining the source. We
should try to be as consistent as possible on these pages.

Since I've learned more about this wiki software, I could place just
that segment into a special "include_downloading" page and all of the
build page would just include it. The ultimate in consistency and
re-usability :)

I may give that a try later.

That would certainly be ideal.

I did try it, and it works well, so I made the change to all build pages.

I propose all wiki pages that are used solely to be included into other pages be named with an "include_" prefix, so it's clear what they are in case someone is browsing. For this case, I created:

"include_Get source code" - https://sourceforge.net/p/cdesktopenv/wiki/include_Get%20source%20code/

Make changes there, and all build pages will see it.

Other than that, I just tried to be consistent (and no doubt failed in
a couple of instances). Feel free to fix!

On a related note, the Supported Platforms page lists:
"Solaris, Illuminos, OpenIndiana."

This could use revising in general (there are some additions to make),
but two things in the meantime:

1. It is illumos, not Illuminos. I can fix this, but...

Fixed. I will just remove illumos for now. There are only build pages for Solaris and OpenIndiana anyway...

2. OpenIndiana is a distribution of illumos. What it says now is
something like saying "Unix, Linux, Debian". I don't know how this
should be reworded? Maybe "Solaris, Illumos (<distributions here>)"?

I don't know. I'll think about it. Let me know if you have thoughts,
or do it yourself if you feel like it. Otherwise I'll see about
figuring it out after my account gets activated.

I admit to ignorance when it comes to recent Sun/Oracle offerings and spinoffs... By all means, feel free to correct/adjust/clarify when you can. I think both the SolarisBuild and OpenIndianaBuild pages need updating as to content as well. I don't use either of those OS's so I don't know if those instructions even work.

I also went ahead and added a TOC to all of the build pages. Makes it easier (IMO) to see what you are in for :)
