Hi all, a quick update on CDK-Taverna.
== The new CDK-Taverna release == Now that 1.3.1 is release, I will hurry with a new CDK-Taverna release. I wanted to release it two weeks ago already, but there are two annoying bugs in CDK right now: 1. 2D layout is broken (NullPointerException) 2. 3D model building messes up atom and bond IDs, and therefore the CML intermediate results I hope to fix these soon. Mind that the next release will require Java 1.5, because the much improved CML support in CDK uses a Java 1.5 depending library. == CDK-Taverna community == I'm am happy to announce that three individuals are actively getting things going on their machines, sometimes including compiling CDK-Taverna from scratch. So, if you were thinking in giving CDK-Taverna a try, this is the time. The current binary release on CDK's SF download page should work with the Taverna 1.3.1 release.
