I compiled CDK-Taverna against the latest CDK-CVS and that actually compiled except for one issue, which is fixed in CDK-Taverna CVS now. But, when running things with Taverna 1.3.1 there are more problems: 1. The Jmol.jar that comes with Taverna contains CDK classes. You need to remove that jar from the lib/ dir. (Or, unjar the jar, delete the CDK IO classes, and rejar it again. That might work too.) 2. The new CMLWriter does not support ChemFile's yet, and CDK-Taverna expects this. This is a critical bug, but easy to fix. I don't, however, expect to make this release before Christmas.
