2 Dose CDK provides API for Substructure search? if
it does, can you provide some hints for usage or even
example source.
Check out the UniversalIsomophismTester class in the
org.openscience.cdk.isomorphism package.
And the respective test package in org.openscience.cdk.test.isomorphism.
This will show you how to use things.
