Not now anyway. Dear Yann Mauon, please consider writing up your requirements as project idea for the google summer of code at [1]. Maybe you even know a student who might be interested in working on that. The more project ideas from the CDK community, the better our chance of getting approved as mentoring organization in Google's Summer of Code. The 4500 dollar Google gives to students is a good financial incentive, I would say ;) I would say that just writing a reader for the format is a bit thin, as project proposal, so you might want to embed it in something more ambitious, like full support for that file, which would include a writer too, and detailed analysis on what features of the format can and cannot be represented in the CDK right now, though the focus should be, according to Google, on writing code.
