Done. All fixes/patches from trunk/ are now copied into branches/cdk-1.0.x/ and it compiles once more with Java 1.4.2. Bug fixes ported today to the branch include: - better SDG (cdk.layout) - a bug fix in the Murcko fragment engine - bug fix for #1772613 regarding RingSet.getConnectedRings() - MorganNumbers now uses long[] to handle large molecules - fixes in the atom type definition list - fix in the Z-matrix to Cartesian coordinates tool - fix for IChemObjectReader's in threaded environments In other words, enough to make a CDK 1.0.2 release. As we still do not have a new release manager, I will try to find some time for it ASAP, but no promises. Nightly jars are available from [1] and the source can be retrieved from SVN at [2]. However, I have not run the JUnit tests yet, so you might wait until tomorrow or the day after that, or rerun the tests yourself to find regressions. (Note that these patches are available in trunk/ too, from which they actually were backported) Egon 1.http://cheminfo.informatics.indiana.edu/~rguha/code/java/nightly-1.0.x/ 2.http://cdk.svn.sf.net/svnroot/cdk/branches/cdk-1.0.x/ -- ---- http://chem-bla-ics.blogspot.com/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
