The license info for JRI does not seem to have been finished yet, but
if JRI is GPL, then we need to remove it from 1.2.x too...

I'll remove it from master today... (we can easily apply that patch to
cdk-1.2.x too)

BTW, mind the ChemoJava project on Google Code where we have room for
CDK-based code which is GPL... if this code would be useful to
someone, it could be moved there...
