does the Fingerprinter and the UnversialIsomorphismTester also consider
stereo-chemistry?
Is it possible to change the behavior? As far as I can see it isn't.
What is the behavior considering "flat" structure (undetermined
stereo-chemistry) and a non-flat one. Is the flat one a subgrapgh and/or
isomorphic to the one with stereo-chemistry?
What about the fingerprints?
