Hi there,

I am wondering how can I change some Java option in advance via rCDK...
I have do the process on a server and the routine is like running '*setenv
JAVA_HOME /usr/opt/jrockit-R26.4.0-jdk1.5.0_06*

and then for instance to check the java version the following command ! *
/usr/opt/jrockit-R26.4.0-jdk1.5.0_06/bin/java-version*

I would be really appreciate if some one gives some tips !

The error that I face right now (without changing these parameters) is
something like :

Error in .jcall("org/openscience/cdk/DefaultChemObjectBuilder",
"Lorg/openscience/cdk/interfaces/IChemObjectBuilder;", :
  java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/openscience/cdk/DefaultChemObjectBuilder

and I guess thats because of Java addressing ...

BR,

Alireza
