Try spending a little time working with the users list. That is where
you can really find some questions to make comments about.
I think the important thing to remember is that we were all newbies
once. Someone taught us at some point. We have ALL asked a "dumb"
question once or twice.
I think the trick with an OSS community is that we need to be nice to
everyone, even if the question is "stupid." What this does, when we are
nice, is it gets the person involved and makes them feel a personal
connection with the product. This is good.
Just some thoughts.
