Hello, I have been noticing quite a lot of people have been getting their auctions canceled and removed by eBay.
As a fellow seller on eBay, I can tell you alomst positively, it is not eBay that is directly removing your listings. It would appear that some malicous person has contacted eBay and stated that they are the copyright holder for this software, when actually they are not. In my experience, and from listening to the eBay radio program for the last several months, eBay will not remove a listing on their own. The "copyright" holder, themselves has to contact eBay before it is removed. I am willing to bet money on this, that some anti competitive seller on eBay, is claiming copyright infringment, when indeed they do not hold the copyright. To get a more responsive email and possibly prevent future listings from getting removed, I would email this guy at eBay: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Explain your situation, this guy works for eBay and is the host of the eBay radio program (wsradio.com), I am sure he will be able to find out who this person or group of people are and stop them from claiming copyright on something they obviously don't have. I hope this is helpful to someone out there. If anyone has anything to add or correct from this, please do so. I also recommend the radio program, as it is full of useful information for all users of eBay. Sincerely, Anthony __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam?
