This would be my guess as well. I'm guessing that the individual(s) are 
spoofing my official OO.o email address, since eBay will only (normally)act 
on emails from officially registered addresses.

I'm currently exchanging emails with eBay in Australia, and will be organizing 
things so that all contact from OO.will be digitally signed (I still have to 
workout how to get my public key to them). Hopefully this will put a stop to 
the problem.

On the same subject, I'm starting to think that our eBay user name/account has 
been hijacked, so I'll be requesting eBay to investigate that line as well. 
Unfortunately, I'll need to wait until I can get in touch with Louis (I can't 
remember the password :( ).
