Yup, you can use FTP, HTTP, or get a download manager (recommended) to handle 
them.

The ISOs are mirrored in the /contrib/iso/en sub-directory on most major 
mirrors.

But why not use a p2p client? Unless you are on a plan which charges for 
uploads as well as downloads, BitTorrent is faster, more secure, and 
automatically corrects errors and corruption (in fact, if you have a corrupt 
file on your machine, you can actually use BitTorrent to fix it - BT will 
check the file, determine exactly what is corrupted and where, and only 
download those pieces needed to restore the file).
