Hello Scott,

We are happy that you like the software. OpenOffice.org is a product of the
open source community. You can distribute it free of charge as long as you
respect the distribution of all the license files. There is no need to
distribute CD's or documents. You can do this as a service for your
customers of course.

OpenOffice.org is free and open source, let it be like that and distribute
it with each computer you sell.

Kind regards,

Gustaaf Cuyvers

Subject: [cd-rom] OEM distribution

To whom it may concern,

We are an OEM system builder. We are currently testing your product and like
what we've seen so far. We are considering, and would like to possibly
include an install of Open Office on each new PC build we send out.

We would probably include the install in our base image for new builds, but
I need to understand what we would need to include to send along with the
customer. CD's? Licensing paperwork etc.

I did read your OEM distribution page, but it is not clear on what we need
to do. Please advise us on what the procedure is. A hyperlink to our website
is embedded in the logo below.

Thank you.
