Not true, actually. Since I'm not sure of your geographic location, I can't 
give you a full URL, however I'd guess there is a mirror site that you 
regularly use for downloads. Using FTP, the URL would be something like  
<ftp://<your_favourite_mirror>/pub/openoffice/contrib/iso/en> (or id would be 
if the new ISOs were put in place). Stefan, if you are reading this, could 
you please move the uploads over (I've deleted the faulty file, all the 
md5sums should now match)

I have to agree to a point. BitTorrent can be (usually is) quite slow, 
particularly when compared to FTP. Personally, I usually do an initial 
download via FTP, and then if the md5sum doesn't match I'll start a 
BitTorrent download to repair the corrupt parts.
